C.T.B. is a leading manufacturer of printed circuit boards for mono-bi-multi layer electronics.
Founded in 1981, it immediately made a name for itself for its ability to produce medium and small runs in a fast and reliable manner.
It owns a site covering over 1000 metres in the industrial area of Flero (BS), from which it serves both the domestic and international markets.

PRODUCTION

PRODUCTION IS BASED ON THE MACHINING OF VARIOUS BASIC MATERIALS:

Fr4: The extensive range of products has enabled us to consolidate a large customer base over the years. Over 50 different types of product are delivered each and every week.

Teflon: thanks to ongoing research, we can now also process special materials for application in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS sector

Laminates for Lighting: we can now ensure the reliable and tested manufacture of special products in Alluminium and Fr4 for new applications in the field of lighting technology.

Quality

The mission of our company is to manufacture products of quality. It is only through constant and certified monitoring of all stages of production - from the acquisition of raw materials with complex procedures for the control, detection and segregation of all defective parts - that C.T.B. has been able to stand out on the market.

Under no circumstances are changes made to the original design without the explicit approval of the customer.

Functional tests and inspections are carried out on each piece to assess the design of 100% of the circuit using the best equipment available on the market. AQL and destructive tests are performed to ensure the reliability of the batch.

C.T.B. has, over the years, acquired many highly important and select customers with whom it has developed close and valuable partnerships.

The market in which C.T.B. operates demands the absolute quality of production; before entering into a supplier relationship, therefore, a company must ensure that the manufacturer and production processes are duly certified. Each of the companies currently in our customer base have been certified accordingly.
